Opportunity Cost Reflection

One example of opportunity cost in my life is the amount of time that I spend doing my homework every night. I would say, on average, that I spend about 3-4 hours doing homework every night. However, this time could probably be reduced if I procrastinated less and was more efficient, but I digress... The opportunity cost of doing homework for those hours is that I lose time I could be spending with my family and friends. During weekdays, I hardly ever hang out with friends. And when I'm doing homework I'm in my room working on it, so I don't get to hang out with my family. So, the opportunity cost of doing homework for 3-4 hours is that I lost 3-4 hours that could have been used being social and spending time with my friends and family.
